This morning I had my Shake with Orange juice, fresh banana and fresh strawberry.
This evening I had my shake with sugar free lemon pudding
mix and butter extract....mmmm...birthday cake!!
The issue I faced today was that I did not have any sleep. I
slept Sunday for 3 hours only. This is NOT a good thing :oS
It is imperative that your body gets sleep for the weight
loss process to be successful.Also, I did not drink nearly enough water.
That's ok. It's one day out of millions :o)
Tomorrow will be better.
And I believe tomorrow will be another "birthday
cake" day!
